Daktari is a group which proves that Jewish culture is a living, inspiring and attractive theme for young artists from musical circles not connected with Jewish music on an everyday basis. Led by trumpeter Olgierd Dokalski, this Warsaw-based group of improvisers has found a new language for the rendering of Jewish motifs in contemporary music. They have achieved this through an organic fusion of noise energy, jazz improvisations and folk songs.

Olgierd Dokalski - trumpet; Mateusz Franczak – tenor saxophone; Miron Grzegorkiewicz -guitar; Maciej Szczepański - bass; Robert Alabrudziński – percussion
